Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note, the listed timeframes are a guideline provided to us by the Royal Mail website. After the order has shipped, the tracking number added to the order notes will notify you of tracking or attempted deliveries. 1st and 2nd Class Signed For do not have a tracking option, though they will still make note of attempted and successful deliveries. We recommend upgrading your shipping choice if you require your products urgently, as delivery times on 1st and 2nd class are not always guaranteed by Royal Mail.

We ship worldwide! The following delivery charges apply to orders outside of the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary from 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-14 working days for the rest of the world.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, due to problems and restrictions with customs, we are no longer able to ship to Spain or the Republic of Ireland (due to AnPost not allowing our customs codes through).

• Orders booked through a courier may be shipped the next working day if ordered close to 2pm.

• Product weights are calculated based on product size attributes and are to be taken as an approximate price. For orders over 5kg shipping prices will be applied at checkout. Courier parcels will be sent via UPS, FedEx or other courier; please note these are not a next day delivery service.

• Orders above £200 will be sent via courier.

• Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order, Star Food (Atomic Health Ltd) will not be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees. Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, Atomic Health Ltd will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained or confiscated by foreign customs.

• Please allow 3-5 working days for any orders placed during a public holiday/sales period to be dispatched.
